Contact Chris / Start a project

Your business.
Your website.

Let’s give it a place of its own. Tell me what you have in mind, and we’ll turn that direction into a clear plan.

Start with your project brief

01 / Your direction

A little thought.
A better starting point.

This is your website. A few thoughtful sentences for each question will help me understand what feels right for your business.

Still deciding on something? Say so—we’ll work through it together.

The button opens a guided draft in your email app. Fill in the questions, add any attachments, and send when you’re ready.

  1. Your business & goals

Tell me your business name, what you offer, and who your customers are. What should visitors do—call, email, visit, or learn about your services?

The business. The audience. The purpose.
  2. Your style & colors

Describe the feel you want and the colors you like. Share a couple of websites that appeal to you and tell me what you like about them.

    Colors. Overall feel. Inspiration links.
  3. Your pages & words

Outline the pages or sections you need, such as services, your story, and contact details. Share your current website and note any text you have ready.

Page ideas. Existing site. Written content.
  4. Your logo & images

Let me know if you have a logo, brand guidelines, or photos to include. Attach them in your email app or share a folder link. Mention anything you need help with.

    Brand materials. Photos. Anything missing.
  5. Your timing

When would you like the site to launch? Include any event or deadline I should know about so we can discuss a realistic schedule.

    Preferred launch date. Important deadlines.

02 / The next steps

Clear from the start.

  1. 01 / Agree

    Review & sign.

I’ll prepare a contract listing the work, price, and payment terms. You’ll have time to review it and ask questions before we both sign.

  2. 02 / Begin

    Half upfront.

Work begins once the contract is signed by both of us and your 50% upfront payment is received. At the current portfolio rate of $600, that’s $300.

  3. 03 / Refine

    10 days to test.

After completion, you have 10 days to test your site and request small refinements within scope. The remaining $300 is due at the end of that period, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

More ideas along the way?

Small refinements within the signed scope are included during your review period. New pages, features, or other work beyond that scope cost extra. I’ll provide a separate quote for your approval before starting.
